Disc Stack Separators

Our disc stack separators are available as stand-alone modules or to compliment an existing chain of separation equipment.

Our extensive fleet are suitable for cleaning water, hydraulic oils, fuel and lube oils. Our modules are designed and built in DNV frames and with offshore use in mind our equipment ranges from Atex Zone 1 and NORSOK approved.

Using a disc stack separator as your fluid cleaning process is a reliable, cost effective solution that can handle a solids loading of up to 4% in the feed stock, and will remove particle size of X to 0.5 Micron.

Mechanical separation and the use of disc stack separators for cleaning contaminated fluids is a proven technology across a number of different industries including Oil & Gas, marine and food & beverage. It is often regarded as the preferred option due to the low maintenance requirement aswell as being highly efficient and reliable. Disc stack separators will not create any additional waste streams, thus minimising consumable costs and clients have often found a reduction in staff operating costs aswell.
